FotoVending "Win a Free Photo Session" Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by FotoVending (TODO: legal business name, e.g. "XYZ LLC d/b/a FotoVending"), TODO: mailing address ("Sponsor"). Questions: Eric@FotoVending.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older TODO: confirm age; some states set the age of majority at 19 or 21 at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and of host venues, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible TODO: confirm exclusions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins on TODO: start date and time (ET) and ends on TODO: end date and time (ET), or state that it runs until Sponsor ends it with notice on this page (the "Entry Period").
4. How to enter
Visit https://www.fotovending.com/b/ (for example by scanning the QR code on any FotoVending photo booth or sticker, including the regional addresses ending in /b/ny, /b/fl and /b/pr), pick a booth (or, in a region where booths are coming soon, use the entry form shown there), choose Instagram or Email, and submit your Instagram handle or email address. You do not need to use or pay for a photo booth to enter; anyone may enter for free by visiting the address above. Limit: TODO: number entry per person per TODO: drawing period. Duplicate entries beyond the limit will be disregarded. Entries made by automated means are void.
5. Drawing
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries received during each drawing period. Drawing frequency: TODO: e.g. monthly / weekly; and the date each drawing is held. Number of winners per drawing: TODO: number. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
Each winner receives one (1) free photo session: TODO: describe what the session includes, where and when it can be redeemed, and any expiration. Approximate retail value (ARV): TODO: $ amount. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value; no substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
7. Winner notification and announcement
Winners will be contacted using the Instagram handle (by direct message from the official @fotovending account only) or email address they entered. TODO: confirm contact method(s) Winners must respond within TODO: number of days or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners are announced on @fotovending TODO: confirm: first name / handle only, and only with the winner's permission. FotoVending will never ask for payment, passwords or bank details to claim a prize.
8. Privacy
Information you submit is used to run the giveaway and contact winners. The optional checkbox "OK to feature my photo & send me FotoVending news" is separate and not required to enter. See our Privacy Policy.
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and host venues from liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or TikTok.
10. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of TODO: state, e.g. Florida.
